Warp Knitting Pattern | Spacer Fabric for Bra Cup

Spacer Fabric Help to Support The Body's Natural Shape

Karl Mayer Pattern No. 173/2004
(Lapping No. D-4000232)
From a Raschel machine with two needle bars and four ground guide bars.

The spacer fabric presented here was designed for moulded bra cups.It perfectly supports the breasts, having a high elasticity in crosswise direction and reduced longitudinal elasticity. The distance in the textile structure  supports, shapes and gently lifts the bust with fabric thicknesses from 1 to 10 mm.
Others outstanding features of this spacer fabric are its extremely low volume weight, and its perfect climatic behavior. This material shows good laminating properties, and permanent dimensional stability;it does not turn yellow (as pure polyester product),it can be easily be washes (by means of normal household appliance) and dries quickly.
Wide range designs result from the possibilities of profiled moulding, conventional dyeing and integration of areas of different crushing forces.
